Throughout the year, the menu evolves with the seasons. Summer highlights cherries enhanced with ginger and roasted pistachios, strawberries elevated by Timut pepper with its vibrant citrus notes, and apricots paired with sweet almonds and a delicate touch of anise. Among the House’s signature creations, the Menton Lemon Tartlet served with basil sorbet remains a timeless favourite available year-round.

Guests seeking classic indulgence will also discover the iconic Soufflé, served either with Grand Marnier or intense chocolate, a true signature dessert of the Métropole.
