From morning onwards, colazione unfolds in a refined summer atmosphere. Sfogliatelle alla vaniglia e fragole, Bacio di nocciola, Soufflé al Parmigiano Reggiano DOP and authentic Italian coffees create the perfect gourmet start to the day by the poolside.

At lunchtime, the menu celebrates a generous and sun-drenched Italy through antipasti made for sharing, carefully selected Mediterranean ingredients, crispy focaccias and recipes inspired by iconic regional traditions.

Among the highlights, the raw Ricciola with candied Sorrente lemon delights with its delicate freshness, while the Capocollo piccante reveals richer and spicier flavours.

For dolci, the journey continues with the Biscotto gelato alla nocciola and the Cannoli siciliani al limone - true invitations to linger a little longer in a relaxed atmosphere where time seems to stand still, just like on an Italian piazzetta on a summer afternoon.

As evening falls, the pool lights up and Zia at Odyssey shifts into a new rhythm. Aperitivo begins around the house’s signature cocktails, including the Negroni Rosa and Frozen Negroni, before giving way to a warm and festive dinner experience.

Refined antipasti, gourmet pizzas and contemporary Italian creations compose a joyful and generous culinary score: Tartufo Soufflée with truffle caviar, Arancino Verde with melting provolone and aged parmesan, or Pappa al Pomodoro elevated with Sardinian bottarga.
