A bespoke experience

At aperitivo hour, The Negroni Club reinvents one of Italy's most iconic classics in a summery and convivial atmosphere, poolside. Conceived as a true game of assembly, the concept invites each guest to create their own Negroni by selecting a card from each category: gin, bitter, vermouth, and aromatic. Guided by chance and elevated by the bartender's expertise, every combination becomes a unique creation.

Added to this bespoke experience are the signature recipes imagined by Manon Santini and Rocco Seminara. From the smoky notes of the Mezcal Negroni to the fresh, herbaceous character of the Verde Negroni, and the delicate Rosa Negroni, each creation unveils a contemporary and refined interpretation of this iconic cocktail. An original and elegant invitation to rediscover one of Italy's greatest classics.
