This summer, the Grimaldi Forum Monaco hosts an exceptional exhibition dedicated to more than 130 years of the Principality’s relationship with the automobile.
Across over 3 500 m², Monaco & the Automobile, from 1893 to today brings together 55 authentic vehicles, all of which have taken part in, and often won, the Principality’s most prestigious events. Among them are around thirty Formula 1 single-seaters and nearly 20 Monte-Carlo Rally cars, alongside previously unseen archives, photographs, and objects from the Royal Family and the Automobile Club of Monaco.
From the first vehicle to enter the Principality in 1893 to Charles Leclerc’s victorious single-seater in 2024, the exhibition spans 130 years of history, elegance, and performance, leading up to future technologies, including the MONA LUNA lunar rover by Venturi Space.
The exhibition runs from the 1st July to the 6th of September 2026, daily from 10 am to 8 pm, with late openings on Thursdays until 10 pm, at the Espace Ravel, Grimaldi Forum Monaco.
