Adjacent to the two-Michelin-starred restaurant Les Ambassadeurs by Christophe Cussac, the Private Salon offers a warm and intimate setting designed by Jacques Garcia, where noble materials and refined fabrics create an atmosphere of understated elegance.
Open to the kitchens, the salon provides a unique immersion into the heart of the culinary action, offering an experience that is as captivating visually as it is gastronomically. For parties of nine guests or more, Chef Christophe Cussac creates a bespoke menu tailored to your preferences and prepared in advance. The Chef and his teams craft a personalised culinary experience for every occasion, from welcome cocktails to gala dinners, with the same precision and generosity that define every dining venue at the Hotel Metropole Monte-Carlo.
The Private Salon is also home to a carefully curated collection of artworks, including a piece by Alexander Calder, Suiko from Damien Hirst's The Empresses series, and a creation inspired by Gerhard Richter's Tulips. Far more than decorative elements, these works bring a contemporary and artistic dimension to the space, transforming the salon into a true cultural setting where art enhances every moment.
During the Monaco Grand Prix, the Private Salon can be exclusively privatised and offers direct views of the circuit and its iconic downhill section. A rare opportunity to experience Monte-Carlo's most legendary event from a privileged vantage point.
