Jaffa's suave voice will transport you straight back to New Orleans, the birthplace of jazz, for evenings punctuated by the most beautiful melodies interpreted on the piano by this talented artist, at the hotel's Lobby Bar.

The architect and designer Jacques Garcia reinvented the bar and lobby areas to create a living space where you can sit, read or meet up with friends. The musical atmosphere designed by Béatrice Ardisson accompanies each of these delightful gourmet moments.

The Lobby Bar welcomes you daily from 8 am to 1 am. The Lobby Bar restaurant is open for lunch from 11:30 am and for dinner from 7 pm.

Small dogs are allowed on a leash, at the Lobby Bar.

Drink Pink!

For more than 15 years, Hotel Metropole Monte-Carlo Carlo has been supporting the Pink Ribbon Monaco campaign every October to raise awareness of breast cancer screening and raise funds for research.

This year, the creation of a cocktail imagined by our Head Bartender Mickaël Bellec « Pink Kiss » will raise funds for the association from October 1st, for an entire year! Our new cocktail with Hendrick’s Gin, cranberry juice, lime juice, and a refreshing touch of bergamot is deliciously addictive.

One euro from each cocktail sold will be donated to Pink Ribbon Monaco to support clinical research conducted at the Princess Grace Hospital in Monaco.

Glamorous, elegant, warm and sensual, the Lobby Bar is the ideal place to enjoy this brand-new creation.

The recipes ensures perfect coolness for the cocktail hour. If you would like to prolong your enjoyment at home or offer it as a gift, you can buy a bottle of these delightful nectars in the Lobby Bar of the Hotel Metropole Monte-Carlo.

Negroni Oaked: Vermouth Otto’s, Bitter Martini, Bitter Grapefruit and Citadelle Gin. Aged on-site in an oak cask, the blend produces an original, woody taste. Successful mixology with a hint of walnut and smokiness for a refreshing result.

Manhattan: 10-year-old Whistlepig Whisky, Angostura Bitter, Martini infused on the spot with morello cherry and a pod of Madagascar vanilla…
